AYER — The community is welcome to build their skills of observation and curiosity as you explore elements of nature at the next Nature Journaling for Adults Workshop.
The workshop, led by library staff member Tirza Davis, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, at the Ayer Library, located at 26 East Main St.
“Join our monthly meet up and come explore what’s in bloom at the Ayer Library,” said Barbara Cheeks, Head of Adult Services, Ayer Library. “The group explores the nature around the library looking at lines, colors and changes happening around us.”
While the class will include some drawing exercises, the main focus is on building wonder, attention, and connection to the natural world.
“This is not an art instruction class and is suitable for all skill levels,” Cheeks added. “All materials will be provided.”
Please note that part of the class will be outdoors, weather permitting.
